Fortifying command points is crucial to defend enemies from retaking/taking your command points. Fortifying constructs defense fortifications around your perimeter points. To fortify order your a unit[s] into a perimeter circle after the command point is taken a green bar will show up showing the percentage on how much you have fortified, once the bar has finished the fortification will appear and will fortify the next one until all 3 fortifications are done.

If fortifications get damaged you can repair them with Repair vehicles or fortifying again
